Singapore

Selling your property.

A good sale starts with an honest view of value and a clear plan for reaching serious buyers. Every listing follows the same seven steps, so you always know what happens next.

  1. On-site meetingWe visit the property to understand your timeline, priorities and preferred marketing.
  2. Marketing planWe agree the channels and the presentation of your property with you.
  3. Pricing researchWe review recent nearby transactions to advise on a listing price, and help you decide the lowest price you would accept.
  4. ListingYour property goes live on the agreed channels to reach suitable buyers.
  5. Twice-weekly updatesEvery Monday and Thursday, a written update on enquiries and viewings.
  6. Same-day offersEvery offer passed to you the day it arrives, with its full terms.
  7. Through to completionWe coordinate the buyer, lawyers and bank until the sale completes.

Before you sign: we explain our commission and the estate agency agreement in writing. CEA's prescribed agreement forms are available on the CEA website.

Buying a home or an investment.

Buying well is a structured process. We help you set clear criteria, then research locations and properties across the market, not only our own listings.

Overseas investors

Owning property you cannot visit every week.

Holding property abroad means relying on people you may never meet. We act as your representative: we coordinate the licensed professionals on the ground and keep you informed of how your property is actually performing.

Legal, financing and tax advice is given by independent professionals licensed in the relevant country, not by Nationwide Real Estate.
